Week Four
I've only lost 100grams this week and I am hoping it's a case of fluid retention. I also know that with all this exercising I'm doing, that I've got to be building muscle under this fat so next week when I have officially finished 4 weeks I'll retake my measurements . I'm sure I've lost in centimeters because most of my clothes were tight all over and now I am experiencing areas of 'looseness'. Let's hope it's not from my clothes stretching! LOL
